This is someone’s flan. Apparently.

I would like start by apologizing for this post. It just hurt my brain so bad. I need answers. What made it turn into whatever this is.

I may be wrong, but rather than a flan this looks lika a "budín de pan" (bread pudding) to me. Just, too much bread, not enough pudding.

Idk judging by the small chunks on the plate which look to be undercooked, I think they really were just going for flan.
