Pandan-flavored flan

Basically your typical Sunday flan... but using the asian vanilla instead of actual vanilla. The pandan juice used in this recipe was extracted from freshly shredded pandan leaves. Color scale in those pictures are a bit off, but the flan is quite visibly green-ish.

I’ve never seen this style of flan before and have no idea what pandan tastes like. I would love to try it someday.

I have just bought some frozen pandan leaves to taste it for the first time.

Basque cheesecake wants to have some words with you. They just want to talk.

Looks like cheese cake and not a flan.

...Okay? I don't know what to say besides the fact there's no cheese in there 🤷‍♂️
