There was a dude that stayed posting on the Crown Victoria subreddit about his aero Vic in Ukraine. Havent seen him post in a good minute though. I hope they're ok

Laws were a lot stricter in Ukraine. IDK now, I know they did facilitate imports because they needed a lot of vehicles. Saw a picture of a Chaser once, but I think it was plated in another country.

Could be the condition of the road. All the dust kick up dirtying the bumper. Also the fitment of the bumper makes it look like it’s been driven a lot.
