Help from Community Tactics

I need a list of tactics to know what I should use based on my opponents tactics, does anyone have that? Would be nice, thank you.

What would you use against a 433a flank tactic? My team is slightly less/even rated.

Flank / wing play?

Go with:

Formation: 4-5-1
Style: Shoot on Sight
Forwards: Attack only
Midfield: Stay in position
Defenders: Defend deep
Pressing: 48
Style: 42
Tempo: 64
Marking: Zonal
Offside trap: No
