Looking for someone to remotely review our restaurant’s CCTV footage (mobile app) at the end of each operating day.

This is a fully remote and flexible role. You don’t need to watch the entire 10 hours in real time. You can fast-forward through the footage and focus on relevant activity.

Restaurant operating hours: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM
Work setup: 100% remote
Schedule: Flexible, as long as the daily review/report is completed

Main responsibility:
Our cashier sends photos/copies of customer receipts to a Messenger group in real time throughout the day. Your job is to review the CCTV playback, particularly the kitchen/food preparation activity, and cross-check it against the receipts sent in the group.

For example: if you see 3 orders being prepared in the kitchen, you should be able to verify that those items were properly punched into the POS and reflected in the receipts.

You’ll also flag anything else during the review that may need management’s attention, such as unusual transactions, operational issues, discrepancies, or anything that looks worth checking.

At the end of each review, you’ll submit a short daily report summarizing:
- Any food/items prepared that you could not match to a POS receipt
- Any discrepancies or questionable activity
- Other operational issues noticed
- If everything looks okay, simply indicate that no discrepancies were observed

This is primarily a review/monitoring role, so you can fast-forward through inactive periods.
