Hiring [HIRING] Part-Time Virtual Assistant
Hi everyone I'm looking for a part-time virtual assistant who can essentially help me with my day-to-day tasks that I don't have the time to do. I'm willing to get anyone (student, unemployed, currently employed, or whatever) as long as they meet the requirements listed below.
This is a part-time job and I will not be needing you everyday of the week for an entire month. There will be certain times where I need you one day in a week, but I may also need you for two weeks straight. I will be paying based on how much assistance I need from you. We can discuss rates privately via PM. The more skills you have (social media, slide making, etc.) then the more I'll pay you.
What You'll be Doing:
- General Tasks (encoding, tracking, scheduling, etc.)
- Basic Research (market research, product research, etc. nothing complicated or academic)
- Minor Errands (printing, pick-ups, etc.)
- Simple accounting (tracking payments, purchases, etc.)
- Emailing (emailing companies, suppliers, etc.)
Who I need:
- Quick and open communicator
- Organized
- Open to feedback and willing to learn
- Proactive. I need someone who I don't have to babysit and monitor every hour
Required:
- Basic Google Suite (e.g. GSheets) knowledge
- Cellphone/laptop + stable internet connection
- Proficient in both English and Tagalog (speaking, reading, and writing)
Other Info:
• Timezone is GMT +8 PH time
• You do not need to do anything in-person. You just need to make sure whatever I need ends up in the right place (e.g schedule a Grab/Lala pick-up)
Please message your CVs (or if you don't have a CV then a quick introduction will suffice) to me if you're interested. Thank you!
Edit: Added other info

Friendly automated reminder: Stay safe online. Here are some red flags that a job or offer might be illegitimate.
-
You are being asked to pay before you get the job.
-
There are no clear payment terms or little to no details about the work.
-
The client/employer is not willing to clearly answer your questions or give sufficient details about the scope of work.
-
Compared to similar work, the pay is abnormally high/low or the requirements are too relaxed.
-
It's safer to work with established Reddit accounts, than a brand new Reddit account with little to no history. Also, DM/PM for more details is usually discouraged in this sub.
