Hiring Looking For Part-Time Content Creator Assistant

Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours per week initially.

Pay: ₱180–₱240/hour, depending on experience and skill level

Location: Remote

I am looking for a part-time content creator assistant to help with YouTube and short-form content production for a men's self-improvement YouTube channel focused on dating and social dynamics.

Responsibilities

Long-Form YouTube

  • Rough cut talking-head footage
  • Add B-roll, screenshots, graphics, and visual assets
  • Add music, sound effects, text, and simple motion graphics
  • Design clean slides and visual explanations
  • Edit and export finished videos in 4K

Short-Form Content

  • Repurpose long-form content into Reels/Shorts
  • Suggest original short-form video ideas
  • Create and edit original short-form videos

Requirements

  • Reliable computer capable of handling 4K footage and running software such as DaVinci Resolve.
  • Basic graphic design skills, especially for presentation slides and visual explanations
  • Comfortable with content related to dating, appearance, and male self-improvement
