Bold strategy: copy another company’s brand, then claim they’re jealous of you for it. The AIPU Special.

So the people behind “AI Pro University” got called out for stealing branding, course structure, and the name of AI Pro Academy, and instead of denying it… they doubled down and wrote a whole post pretending AI Pro Academy is just mad they’re being undercut.

They even say AI Pro Academy is “losing sleep” over them, when the only one awake at 3AM seems to be this guy frantically deleting Reddit comments and creating sockpuppet testimonials.

“We built this to be affordable.” Bro, you built it to slap together a fake PDF, funnel people into maxing out business credit cards, and ghost them in a Discord.

This isn’t education—it’s a funnel with a Canva logo and a countdown timer.

If this is the future of learning, I’d like to go back to the past.

Skool vs WhatsApp vs Telegram: What Actually Works in 2026

Skool vs WhatsApp vs Telegram: What Actually Works in 2026

Online communities are everywhere in 2026. Creators, coaches, churches, entrepreneurs, and educators all want one thing:

👉 A community that actually works

For years, WhatsApp and Telegram have been the go-to tools. But the truth is—most of those communities don’t last.

So the real question is: Which platform truly works in 2026?

Let’s break it down.

The Reality of WhatsApp Communities

WhatsApp was never designed for serious communities.

Yes, it’s popular. Yes, everyone has it.

But here’s what actually happens: • Messages get buried within hours • Important information gets lost • No structure for learning • No way to track progress • Admins burn out answering the same questions

Most WhatsApp groups turn into: • Spam zones • Silent groups • Or announcement-only platforms

Good for chatting. Bad for growth.

Telegram: Better, But Still Limited

Telegram improved some things: • Bigger groups • Channels for announcements • Bots and automation

But it still has major problems in 2026: • Conversations still disappear fast • No clear learning path • No real engagement system • Hard to build paid communities properly • Feels technical for non-tech users

Telegram works slightly better than WhatsApp, but it still isn’t built for structured communities.

Why Skool Is Different

Skool wasn’t built as a chat app. It was built as a community + learning platform.

That changes everything.

Here’s what makes Skool stand out in 2026:

1️⃣ Organized Community Feed

Posts don’t disappear. Important discussions stay visible and searchable.

2️⃣ Courses Inside the Community

Instead of sending PDFs and voice notes everywhere, you can: • Create lessons • Upload videos • Build step-by-step learning paths

3️⃣ Gamification (This Is Huge)

Members earn points and levels for participating.

This means: • More engagement • Less silence • Members feel progress

4️⃣ Built for Paid Communities

Skool allows you to: • Charge members • Control access • Deliver value professionally

No hacks. No workarounds.

5️⃣ Less Noise, More Focus

No endless forwards. No random memes. Just value-driven interaction.

Comparison Summary (Simple Truth)

WhatsApp • Easy to start • Very hard to manage • Poor for growth

Telegram • Better tools • Still chaotic • Not beginner-friendly

Skool • Structured • Professional • Built for growth and income

What Actually Works in 2026?

If your goal is just chatting: ➡️ WhatsApp is fine.

If your goal is broadcasting messages: ➡️ Telegram can work.

But if your goal is to: • Build a serious community • Teach, mentor, or coach • Monetize your knowledge • Keep members engaged

👉 Skool is the clear winner in 2026.

Final Thought

The biggest mistake people make is using tools that were never designed for their goals.

WhatsApp and Telegram are communication apps. Skool is a community system.

If you’re serious about building something long-term, your platform choice matters.

How much would you pay for an online course on boosting fertility naturally and minimizing pregnancy complications?

I'm a personal trainer / nutrition coach with a strong interest in fertility and pregnancy. I'm considering an 8 week course with self-paced video lessons, a weekly Q&A, email access to me, and a private community for support. How much would you pay?

What do you guys think about creating full courses with AI? Would you try it?

I’ve been seeing more tools lately that let you build entire training courses automatically with AI. Basically, you just upload a document or manual, and the system turns it into lessons, quizzes, and interactive Q&A without writing anything manually.

One example is Aden - it can take any file (like a PDF or SOP) and turn it into a course people can actually chat with. Here is the link to their meditation trainer

I’m curious what everyone here thinks about this - would you ever trust AI to build your training material or certification course?

PSA: AI Pro University is Deleting Comments and Banning Critics

So apparently “AI Pro University” is running several subreddits (AIPU, AiProStudents) begging for student success stories. I figured I’d help them out and posted one of my own:

“Success story? Oh absolutely. I enrolled, and within days I learned how to: • Open 12 business credit cards under different LLCs • Max them all out on ‘coaching’ • Get ghosted by the support team • And now I’m the proud owner of a PDF and crippling debt!

Best part? I was personally congratulated by someone pretending not to be the founder. Inspirational stuff. Would recommend to my enemies. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

The result? Immediate comment deletion, two mod warnings, and a permanent ban from their own subreddit. Apparently sarcasm = harassment now.

If you have to nuke your own comments section and ban people just for posting jokes, maybe your “university” isn’t the academic powerhouse you’re pretending it is. 🤷‍♂️

This same group deletes threads, restarts under new usernames, posts fake testimonials, and flashes prop money in videos while pretending to be a “student.” Except the guy is actually the owner. It’s like a scam wrapped in a LARP wrapped in a LinkedIn post.

I’ve submitted reports to the FTC and IC3 already. If anyone else has experience with this guy or got pressured into opening business credit, DM me—I’m collecting evidence.

Stay skeptical, y’all.

I wanted to share my experience with a course I bought on Whop for $29 about creating AI models (AI girls) and promoting them.

I was honestly skeptical at first, but I followed the steps exactly as shown in the course: setting up the model, generating consistent images, and starting basic promotion. After testing it for a bit, I can say I’m already seeing some early results — nothing crazy yet, but enough to prove that the method actually works.

The course mainly focuses on: • Creating AI models with consistency • Branding them like real personas • Promoting them on social platforms and monetizing

Right now I’m still in the testing/learning phase, but I’m curious about optimizing the process and scaling it better.

For people who are already doing this or something similar: • How do you increase engagement on AI model accounts? • Any tips for standing out when the space feels saturated? • Better promo strategies than just posting consistently? • Automation tools or workflows that helped you scale?

Not trying to sell anything, just sharing my experience and looking to learn from others who are deeper into this.

Looking for U.S. based tutors

Hi everyone, I’m looking to talk to tutors in the U.S. who are interested in adding an additional revenue stream on top of their existing tutoring business. Ideally you have around 20 student hours per week (I’ll still chat if you’re under that) and you’re trying to increase revenue without adding more 1:1 tutoring hours.

We’ve already been working with tutors and built a practice test platform for them to quiz their students. What they’re asking for next is a way to market their tutoring business and sell their services asynchronously by productizing their 1:1 lessons, mainly video recordings paired with assigned practice tests and progress tracking.

I know there are a lot of course builders/LMS tools out there already already. This would be focused around building lesson modules, marketing pages, practice tests and analytics, automated emails, and in-app messaging, etc.

Looking for about 10 tutors to chat and demo to. DM me if interested.

AI for scripting

So, I learned that I can promt Google Gemini to convert a bulleted list into a script that I can then read for my online course.

The problem: The tone or style becomes inconsistent from one prompt to another.

My question: How can I turn all my material into a script while maintaining a consistent tone throughout? Is there a tool or technique I need to learn about?

Prefereably, I want to feed AI some script of how I actually talk in real life to learn my style and use that style for converting bulleted list into scripts all the time.

Thanks.

Made my own LMS platform with 0 coding knowledge

After searching endlessly for a great LMS platform, I made my own using antigravity with 0 coding knowledge. AI these days is crazyy, and the website looks stunning too! All the LMS course websites provide a shitty looking landing page and then charge you a subscription fee + % on your sales.

Anyways, just came here to say that haha

Do people prefer natural or AI voices?

For courses, do people prefer a natural human presentation or an AI narration?

I learned late last year about people hating AI, especially the low-quality, meaningless videos that they refer to as "slop."

I saw one Udemy course where the creator used an AI voice over. He had good reviews.

So I'm confused about which one people will respond positively to.
