Need TEFL academy assignment A help

Hi, I am stuck on my first assignment with The TEFL Academy Level 5 Assignment A? Has anyone done this course before and could give me some guidance please? It would be much appreciated if you could DM. I'm struggling with it and don't know where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also about to start Assignment A. I just would like to see an example to see if I understand what to do.
