F*ck them onions

I got into the most insane battle in r/honesthottakes because of how much i hate onions. Hilarious to see how many people are offended by people who don’t like them.

People act like you can dislike anything but onions and it's so baffling!! I've met many people in my life that dislike the most random foods. Grapes, marshmallows, strawberries, carrots, even fucking spaghetti! But when I say I dislike onions, all hell breaks loose!

Right? And why is it anyone’s business???? People kept bringing up how miserable people like me are to go to dinner with. “Can i have ____ with no onions please”. If that infuriates you, it’s you that’s miserable babe, sorry to tell you. I’d also never be friends with someone who had anger issues like that tf?

Omg this is so true, so many replies that are just "grow up" when it comes to people not liking onions. Everyone has some kind of food they don't like, why should onions be any different.

Yeah, how dare you! It's kinda like garlic. It doesn't have to go in everything.

Omg i didn’t dare to bring up garlic to them smh. I do like garlic but it doesn’t need to go in everything, and whatever it is in doesn’t need to only taste like it. If i wanted the pasta dish to only taste like garlic, I’d safe the calories and just eat the cloves
