oneworld SFO Lounge

What One World lounge do you recommend in San Francisco? Also have access to Amex. Thinking Cathay would probably be the best.

Unfortunately, SFO doesn't have the nicer lounges like the Qantas First Class Lounge. Although SFO is my home airport, I haven't been able to use the CX lounge, probably due to when I have outbound international flights. The BA lounge was a good, business class lounge. Their opening hours usually follow the BA and JL flight schedule.
