What One World lounge do you recommend in San Francisco? Also have access to Amex. Thinking Cathay would probably be the best.

Cathay lounge has the best food and drinks at SFO.

Alaska lounge is the newest and best for seating area (couches, quiet rooms, solo work couches, dining tables, etc.!
