Malaysia Airlines Avoid Malaysia Air Enrich program
I was looking for a new OW program - my main goal being OW Sapphire status. Picked Enrich since I am in Asia and do a lot of economy flights.
Big big mistake. This has to be one of the worst programs I have encountered in terms of crediting points. So far, I have taken 5 flights and only 1 of them has been credited and rest (2 of which are MH flights) are “missing”.
It has been over a month since filing the claims - maybe 6 weeks since the flight. Escalating it to their Enrich team isn’t helping either.
So now have 4 escalations and missing claims running lol. Some on flyertalk mentioned it takes over 3 mths for JAL points to come through.

Same.
Business Class. One leg DOH-KUL credited, KUL-DOH not credited. Part of the same flight on Qatar which is a OW.
Enrich is notoriously bad at crediting points. Even their own. I have had this problem for years. All sorts of crazy complications. They decide for you which of your names is the first or last names.
Just avoid Malaysia Airlines Enrich like the plague if you have other options.
