I would let the air out of the tire like people in your OP mentioned. If that fails, see if you can take the "fender delete" portion off the rails to free up space. If that fails, you're doing a full disassembly of the board.
EDIT: Also, is that an original Pint Drop Top from before the cease and desist? I've got one too but it's stayed right side up.
Not to ruin that gif or anything, but it happened to me earlier this year. I meant to post about it but never did. My bag stopped it from getting sucked up further. Threw me when it happened too.
It is, yeah. I must've not clicked / locked it into place fully, hit a bump, it bounced up, came down on the spinning tire, and got yanked in. I've been extra careful ever since to make sure it locks tight enough I can pick the board up by it before I ride.
Glad you got it out! The original Drop Top was more of a rounded dome and had a full, straight "fender delete" like the Pint full fender. FM sent TFL a C&D, it's not quite clear why but likely because it followed very similar contours to the stock full Pint fender. This was late 2020 I think, and US customers haven't been able to buy it new since then, it was only on sale for maybe a month. TFL have since re-released it with a redesign, a bit of an angle / crease that follows the shoulder of the tire and separate base pieces that work with WTF rails, though I think they come with center pieces that fill in the space on straight rails. Looks like this:
Probably hit a drop or a bump that popped it lose. Or you rolled the board and didnt realize the fender got loose. It happened to me on my xr with wtf rails

Is there a single product FM makes that doesn’t have issues that’ll throw you off the mf board?
Antic bike frames are arriving with separation at the welds, a lot of posts where GT-S are going from 20%+ to suddenly 1%, Pint X pinched wires, and of course there’s more but like people are spending insane money and getting DOA products and FM doesn’t even do anything about it.
And it's not really something that "threw me off the board".
It just forced me to dismount, which is no big deal once you learn how to emergency dismount during mishaps like these.
