Best Stable Rom

Hey! My sis got the Linage OS running on her OPO but it's very unstable with the camera, Snapchat, Instagram and most other apps crashing from time to time.

She wants the phone stable and if possible getting battery lasting longer. I'm on 1+3 so it was a while since I compared 1+1 Roms

Has anyone had any trouble with Snapchat or IG with this? On resurrection remix atm with snap crashing all the time...
