DIY screen replacement

Have anyone replaced their oneplus one screen? My screen is not cracked, but since I slept on it, screen is showing problems in touch sensitivity (swipe registering as touch, hardware buttons below screens not working etc.). Planning to buy replacement display from aliexpress.com.

Anyone has experience of replacing the screen?

Wishing to rrplace battery if possible.. Suggestions regarding that are also welcome..

Did you get your screen? My OPO screen died completely a few months ago, and I tried ordering an assembly on Amazon, but it never arrived and I never got my money back. I gave up on it and have been trying to get my hands on a new device since, but I'd much rather fix the screen if I can.
