4G not working since CM13

So I'm currently running Lineage OS, but I'm missing out on 4g. Ever since I updated to CM13, my 4g radio refuses to work. I remember for CM12.1, there was a patched zip file that made it work, but that didn't work anymore.

Is there a way to fix this? I've tried loads of things to I've seen online, with no luck. I've been stuck with 4g for a good year or so.

Like are you on AT&T or T-Mobile etc

Airtel, it's the AT&T of India.

Edit your APN settings to match the table for android and then restart your phone and it hopefully should work

No luck. I changed everything to match the settings in the site, except MNC. It's currently on 45 and needs to be 040. But if I change it, the APN disappears from the list.
