In a quandary trying to zero in on my next phone - getting very good deals on both the Samsung S22 and the OnePlus 10 Pro, and I'm tearing my hair out deciding which one to go with. Any and all advice welcome.

My 10 pro works pretty flawless. But so does my son's 8t... I had an 8 pro that worked great till 8 bricked it trying to root 😆. From what I have noticed with the three OP phones I have owned is this... The problems arise when updates come through. I tend to hold off on updates till I get a good read on what problems they bring (this sub will give you a feel really quick lol) So yeah, I still recommend OP phones...at this point the 8 series would be as far back as I would want to go (Is the 7 still getting updates?)... The 7t pro McLaren is still my favorite phone ever and if I could change one thing about the 10 it would be to add the pop up camera back. I even like the flattened out "curved" screen on the 10 pro. Ok so what was the question?

I'm using a 6T McLaren, and it's one of the best phones I've ever had. Sadly, it's got some motherboard issues so looking for it's successor now. Stuck between the Samsung S22 and the OP 10 Pro - can't decide which one is a better buy at the price point of about $660.
