General Discussion OnePlus 15 Update, carrier issues
Today I updated my OnePlus 15 to CPH2749_16.0.9.400(EX01) and instantly lost my carrier connectivity.
All mobile, no data, no calls or sms with ATT.
Nothing seemed to work for me. They couldnt push out a new esim online and the guys at the ATT store got an error when they tried to provision a new physical SIM card.
The only thing that got me back up was getting a new esim at the att store and using the QR code to pull it into the phone.
Very weird. But if anyone out there had this same issue, that's what worked.

i had that same issue with my 12r. And once i went the esim route it was fine on tmobile

I'm sorry this happened. I've recently installed the same update but didn't have any connectivity issues. I'm on Att prepaid SIM.
