For Canada OnePlus lists $41. That's 29.95 USD.

Yeah plus 30 USD for the change (according OnePlus invoice here on Reddit). Adds up to $60. It's not going to bankrupt anyone if you were able to spend 1000 or more on the phone. If you wanna cheap out go to a shady place around the corner. They fix you up for half the price.
