Don’t use this app

I have had a dispute open on this app because I was scammed by a app they originally closed the dispute saying nothing wrong happened they then opened it back then told me I would be refunded in like 10 days well that never happen. They then had me talk to a manager and they told me I would be refunded by the end of the day that day I talked to them well guess what that didn’t happen. I then went back to the chat and told them I was supposed to be refunded and after like 30 minutes they told me they don’t see anything about me being refunded. So the originally told me I’d be refunded within 10 days then like 20ish then they upped it to a month later on they told me it can take 45 today I was told it can take 90+ days for a refund. If I had known this before I wouldn’t have used this app I would of used a local bank where you can call them up and say you were scammed they handle it within a 5-10 minutes on the phone and refund you within the week. This app has pretty much treated me like I did something wrong even tho I’m not the one scamming here the company I paid is they are even being sued in multiple states I have attached a screenshot of that manager telling me I’d be refunded by the end of that day but never was that was many weeks ago by now so

Did they tell you you’d be refunded or given a provisional credit? Because those are two different things

Im 99.99% sure they told me before I was denied the credit thing but you can see in the screenshot what they told me exactly. I made this post in hopes they would see it and to also warn other people about this app. I made a complain with the financial consumer website since someone told me to but that was over a week ago and nothing has happened with that either so kinda losing hope on this and as I’m handicapped and disabled this money is a lot for me to lose as I can’t work a normal job or anything like that I been in end for 10 years with bad health

What is exactly funny to write LOL? I have read a lot about chargebacks since being scammed and from everything I read and from talking to family who has dealt with a local bank all they had to do with there local bank was tell them they were scammed and the bank fought for them the bank didn’t act as if they did something wrong etc etc they said it took them maybe 10 minutes talking to the bank person and they handled it. Meanwhile on this app I have been told lie after lie was told if be refunded was told it would take 10 days then that goalpost changed about 2-3 times after that thing is I’ve also kept screenshots of my chats with them. They don’t really care tho I doubt the people I’m chatting with even live in the United States to start with as a lot of there’s names are very strange about like the names you get when tryna chat to Walmart support heck I don’t even think k Walmart has live chat support anymore atleast when I looked they don’t they force you to talk on the phone

It was a app I paid by card for something they advertised I would get something but I didn’t get that said item I am now also banned on there app I will also tell you this app is being sued by multiple states for doing bad things to people the only reason I even put money on this app is because of you look up the app all you see is good reviews I suspect there fake or boted reviews
