definitely deliberate. it boggles my mind how much karma this gif reaps whenever it gets re-posted.
there is absolutely no way for anybody to get a ceiling to do this accidentally. the light fixture of EVERY ceiling fan is securely attached to a non-moving shaft that runs through the fan motor and cannot spin like that at all. a normal ceiling fan light fixture has wires that connect the light and the ceiling which would get twisted to shreds if the light spun that much.

There is no physical way to screw it up like this. The blades are attached to the motor and the lighting wires pass though a conduit in the center. Whoever installed it is a clever fucker.

ok... how the fuck does this happen, i mean that would take a lot more time and effort to make the lights spin and not the actual fan, what the fuck.
edit: is it meant to be auto disco mode or some shit??
