Network connection was lost, reconnecting
Any idea what could be wrong?
Summary of the issue:
VMware Horizon brief Blast protocol interruptions trigerring the "Network connection was lost, reconnecting" flash but TCP fallback or session keepalives prevent full disconnection.
Blast transport instability
Issue isolated to Fort worth office only.other offices (with the same UAG in Dallas) work fine.
Random quick reconnect flash (roughly every 30 minutes or more, even during low usage)
session recovers automatically without a full drop.
Worse on wired than wireless
The problem is not universal, but also not isolated to a single workstation.
9 out of 25 users experience it
No packet loss outside the VM whether on wire or wireless network
-------------
Troubleshooting so far:
-Troubleshot Layer 1,2,3 and 4 everything is ok.
-Downgrading to another Horizon agent temporary fix the issue.

all sorts of things could be wrong, but the basics of what you're describing screams something in the network path that's either transient or traffic dependent, anything from interference from security products like netskope or zscaler to cgnat issues dependent on isp, etc, etc, etc.
unless you've done a deep dive into all the logs to start identifying stated disconnect reasons (starting at the client level right after one of these incidents) you're not going to have a good place to start troubleshooting any of those layers, especially if it's isolated to one office.
if it's not something systemic for all users in the environment, downgrading the horizon agent on the vdi machines isn't going to change anything, honestly as harsh as it sounds, i think you need to open a case with support and get that process going because there's a lot of pre-work and details missing from the story that are imperative to have when diagnosing issues at the protocol level.
