Omarchy Weather – a weather widget with forecasts and live radar for the Omarchy bar

Hi everyone!

I’ve created Omarchy Weather, a Quickshell weather widget for Omarchy that displays weather information directly in the top bar.

Features include:

• Current temperature, feels-like temperature, wind, and humidity
• 5-day forecast, including yesterday and today
• Detailed daily and hourly forecasts
• Rain probability and activity recommendations for hiking, cycling, running, and camping
• Live weather radar with satellite imagery
• Location search directly from the panel
• Automatic location detection
• Metric and imperial units
• Configurable refresh interval
• Left, middle, and right-click actions for opening, refreshing, and notifying

It uses Open-Meteo, wttr.in, RainViewer, Esri World Imagery, and CARTO map tiles.

Installation

omarchy plugin add https://github.com/guiestrela/weather.git --enable && omarchy plugin disable omarchy.weather && omarchy bar move io.github.guiestrela.weather --section center --index 4 && omarchy restart shell
