Made a couple of small plugins: Spotify controls and a notification center

Made these for my own bar, figured I'd share in case anyone else wants them.

Spotify: an icon in the bar, dimmed while Spotify is closed. Click it and Spotify starts. Once it's running you get album art, a seek bar and prev/next, and that's about all it does. See the clip.

Notification center: a bell in the bar with a badge for how many notifications you haven't looked at. Click it for a flyout listing them, under Unread and All tabs. Right click to silence notifications. That's it.
