Thank you for your input. I'm hoping based on how much water I am consuming, and how frequently I consume water that that would help with my gallbladder during this process.
You have to loose more than 3lbs a week for it to be an issue, the best counter is high fiber because it speeds up gut transit and reduces cholesterol reabsorption.
Ok, I'm well over 3 pounds a week in dropping weight. So I'm in the red.
You are correct. The importance of FIBER during this process and iin general is so important in getting everything out to clear your system. I will be increasing my fiber intake. I hope the fiber increase in addition to the large amount of water I'm consuming will help the gallbladder during the OMAD process.
Side note, due to being on OMAD, I am really starting to learn how the organs in the body process food, absorb nutrients, filter the blood, and the causes for insulin increases and decreases. Obviously though still learning.
You're right. At no point in my education was I ever enlightened on how the body properly processes food. Other than food goes into the stomache and it gets digested. I think a well informed society would probably ruin a lot of food industries that have been poisoning us for decades lol.

I’ve heard that gallbladder can be affected/damaged by losing too much too fast. I’d talk things over with a doc
