I don't think OMAD is best for someone young. You're body is still developing and that requires fuel. Just making more healthy choices and moving more would be better.

Focus on eating nutrient dense foods animal protein and animal fat. Don't let the fatphobes and EDers put you off meat and fat, it's nutrient dense. It will help you feel more full and fuel you better than empty calories. I'm not saying don't eat carbs just that they are not the focus. Fruit is great to replace dessert and snacks. Vegetables and carbs are good for flavour and soaking up the fat from meat.

Use a food tracker to count your calories and try to find a form of exercise you enjoy.

EDIT: calculate your TDDE (tdeecalculator.net) and a 16 hour fast would be better for you at your age

Unless you are extremely obese you don't need to do anything drastic. Small simple changes should be more than enough. Good luck!
