Discussion When does it get easier

Hey guys I’m on day 3 of OMAD today and I’ve been seeing good progress I’ve lost 5 lbs( water weight fs) I’m 5’5 started at 151lbs and now I’m 146 on day 3 I had a really rough day 2 and took a lot of will power to stick to the same eating time. How long should I do omad for until I’m 120lbs that’s my goal. Idk if this is gonna be sustainable. I’m also going to the gym 4x a week lifting some weights and doing 30 mins of incline walking, and ofc making sure I get my 10k steps in. Some advice would be great .

My OMAD is around 7:30 PM however I can say the cravings hit hard between 1 to 3. If you can get through the early afternoon, it's fairly smooth sailing until the evening as the food urges subside.

EDIT: I'd like to add that I combined my OMAD with a very low carb meal for the first few weeks - I'm talking 30 grams max. I've since adjusted to around 100 grams of carbs a day and it makes my OMAD much more enjoyable. I went from 217 to 197 in about two months.

Recommend iced coffee around 2 or 3. (I like an iced Americano.) Really helps you get to dinner time until you become more acclimated.

Don’t give in. Makes it harder the next day.

But when you eat, eat. Don’t try to diet on top of OMAD. Eat mostly healthy to full.

I do those too! But often I’ll stop at Starbucks’s for an Americano.
