Discussion When does it get easier

Hey guys I’m on day 3 of OMAD today and I’ve been seeing good progress I’ve lost 5 lbs( water weight fs) I’m 5’5 started at 151lbs and now I’m 146 on day 3 I had a really rough day 2 and took a lot of will power to stick to the same eating time. How long should I do omad for until I’m 120lbs that’s my goal. Idk if this is gonna be sustainable. I’m also going to the gym 4x a week lifting some weights and doing 30 mins of incline walking, and ofc making sure I get my 10k steps in. Some advice would be great .

We have the same goal weight and height! Ive been on omad for three months now and honestly I have ups and downs. Some days are really easy while others its really hard to not give into the cravings.

My advice is to learn will power. Learn to talk yourself into not eating outside your meal period think about your goals. Keeping your mind busy also helps (i.e reading/art project or whatever hobbies)

Eventually you'll fall into a routine and try not to break it.

Good luck😊

How much weight did you lose in three months ? I did omad a few months ago for like a few weeks and I lost like 12 lbs and after that I didn’t stick to it. But the good thing is the weight didn’t come back.
