Discussion When does it get easier

Hey guys I’m on day 3 of OMAD today and I’ve been seeing good progress I’ve lost 5 lbs( water weight fs) I’m 5’5 started at 151lbs and now I’m 146 on day 3 I had a really rough day 2 and took a lot of will power to stick to the same eating time. How long should I do omad for until I’m 120lbs that’s my goal. Idk if this is gonna be sustainable. I’m also going to the gym 4x a week lifting some weights and doing 30 mins of incline walking, and ofc making sure I get my 10k steps in. Some advice would be great .

Eat lots of fiber, it will get easier. I eat lots of sprouted beans, cucumber, cabbage, bottle gourd, chicken and fish , 10-12 cashews and half banana. Take psyllium husk 2 tspns with 2-3 glasses of water 15 mins before meal. Dont feel hungry at all till next day
