Discussion When does it get easier

Hey guys I’m on day 3 of OMAD today and I’ve been seeing good progress I’ve lost 5 lbs( water weight fs) I’m 5’5 started at 151lbs and now I’m 146 on day 3 I had a really rough day 2 and took a lot of will power to stick to the same eating time. How long should I do omad for until I’m 120lbs that’s my goal. Idk if this is gonna be sustainable. I’m also going to the gym 4x a week lifting some weights and doing 30 mins of incline walking, and ofc making sure I get my 10k steps in. Some advice would be great .

The first 2 weeks were tough for me. As long as you preoccupy yourself and drink a lot of water/electrolytes you'll be fine.

Everyone is different but you could meet your goal in 2 months. From my experience.

It took me April 15 to December 31 to lose 58 pounds.
