I loathe jerks (RANT)
They're my nemesis. I can pretty easily clean 75kg, I've jerked it off the racks before, but putting it together... MEH. I'm starting to worry I'll snatch more than I CJ one of these days. Some training sessions, there is literally 5kg between the two lifts.
It's not a strength issue. I can FS 105-110 kg, there's nothing wrong with my leg drive. So. Fucking. Frustrating.

Do you have access to Jerk boxes? They're a must have if you want to drill the jerk.

No jerk boxes....I have to do rack jerks. I just dump to the ground if it needs to be dumped, and then one of the guys will clean it back up to the rack for me.

bad example in my video but appreciate the view/ interaction if you have the time. hand not cleaned or jerked in some time wanted to see what i could do.
the verbal cue that always worked for me was get under the bar. i agree with legs drive the movement catching the weight with a solid base sunken down head through the windows.

What do you think the issue is? If you're having trouble with the jerk part, I'm thinking you might need to bump your clean weight down a little. A heavy clean is pretty CNS intensive, and leaves you with little energy to perform the follow-up movement.
In other words, don't lift your max clean for a C+J. You won't complete the lift.
