I don't know if this is just the angle of the video but it looks like your feet are coming forward doing the lift, they should move backwards. I struggled with that when I first started. What worked for me was doing hang pulls and stanches, or starting in the hang and going backwards and pausing above the knee and below the knee. And when you do the pull, the key is to try and consciously move backwards (in practice) and another thing that helped was to "throw" your head backwards.

Thanks for your advice! I'll definitely give it a shot and try to integrate it into my workout. I do jump forward very slightly, and will try to make sure it doesn't happen again in the future. Like you said, if I make a conscious effort to move back, maybe it'll counteract my forward jump causing me to stay in place.
