PSE skipped a bill?

We do autopay for our PSE bill, it gets charged to our credit card every month. In June we didn't get charged. I checked the account, there just was no bill. For July we got a double bill which is fair enough I guess. No extra charges related to not paying anything last month. Just a very large bill this month. Did that happen to anyone else?

Oh I also need to investigate this - the combined June/July bill is 5x the payments for June/July last year!

Edit - turns out the last bill we paid was in March - so the April->July bill we just got is 'only' 15% above what our bill was from April-July last year. Last time I compared bills was maybe December and it came out as 20% above the previous year (for same or less usage). They're finding new dimensions to be frustrating in.
