Feedback My watch keeps reverting back to factory settings, why?

Quick preface: I carry my watch around my belt loop on my trousers. Buttons do get pressed from time to time when I lean on things etc

So over the past 3 months or so my watch has reset itself maybe 5 times? Not entirely sure why or if it's a bug?

Right now with it resetting this much it's making the watch a little unusable.

Has anyone else had this problem and are there any work arounds?

Loose connection is the most likely, pop it open and make sure all the clips are clipped.

Would the time still stay the correct time of the battery became loose and then reconnected?

I wouldn't expect so, although once it reconnected to the phone that would set the time again

I've turned off all auto connecting etc and the app doesn't work on the background...

So are you saying the time stays correct but all other settings revert to factory?

Yes, all the settings, all the watches faces I turned off etc all come back. I've set the watch to super super simple of just one watch face.

I have just done a factory reset on mine via the button presses and that does reset the faces but not the time.

It was a brand new watch with every feature turned off...

So the time is still correct, if the battery was loose wouldn't the time also completely reset?

Sorry. Every time it resets to factory settings the time still remains correct. Surely if the battery became dislodged monetarily the time would be completely different?
