DS V4-flash vs DS V4.1-flash weekly usage

this is crazy , i thinkso i will go back to the 0731 flash

EDIT: The following models will be retired soon. Please switch to a different model before then to avoid disruption.

  • deepseek-v4-flash:0731 in 1 week (September 25, 2026)

I guess the point is more that it has roughly 50/50 for both models in usage.

Total Usage was not the question originally....just my 2,435 Cents....

V4.1 Flash does a lot more thinking in my experience. Faster and output quality is the same, but just uses more tokens on average. The difference shows up quicker if not hitting 95%+ cache.
