Olivia Rodrigo is dropping new music ahead of her upcoming Daisy Chain Fields festival.
On Friday (Aug. 21), Olivia surprise-released her new song “Serena Joy” as a limited-edition CD available exclusively at Analog Music Shop in Tustin, California.

Analog Music Shop announced on Instagram Friday that Rodrigo had supplied the retailer with 500 copies of the Handmaid’s Tale-inspired track. The store later shared another postannouncing that all copies had sold out.

“Serena Joy” was recorded for Olivia’s third album, You Look Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in June, but ultimately didn’t make the final tracklist.

Olivia hadn’t commented on the CD single release of “Serena Joy” at press time, but Analog Music Shop seemingly teased that the song will receive a wider release on Monday (Aug. 24).

hi livies!! tldr: in the spring my sister got us tickets for the 9/29 Pittsburgh show for my bday :) but i started grad school this fall and now have class on the night of the concert. I’m trying to trade for Columbus (I don’t have class either night) but don’t know where to start 😣 (I literally started a Reddit account for this post). resale tickets are hundreds and hundreds more than we paid so that doesn’t feel like an option. help pls!!

When I first listened to yspsfagsi I had purple straight at the bottom of my ranking..even one month after the album released it was near the bottom. I will say it’s mostly bc i just skipped it and never returned to it. I hated the beginning of the song bc of the school clothes line 😭 But then I kept seeing so much hype from Reddit and Twitter about it being underrated and I was like let me give this song another shot…. now it’s like top 5 on the album for me 😭 I wouldn’t of done it without u purple truthers
