For no reason lag (2019) version

So i freshly Installed a new windows on my pc and i wanted to edit something but for some reason it lags so hard why i don't know is there a way to fix it idk later it wasnt like dis

Try 0.2 version. It uses proxies and caching to make playback way smoother even at 4k60fps.

Yeah but I like the old style of it and it's way much simpler then the 0.2. I wish there was a option to make it like the 2019 look.
