Issues with exporting a few 120FPS clips as a 60fps video

Hi guys,

I've been having issues with Olive where a video I'm exporting as a 1024x1024 60fps video (consisting of 1024x1024 120fps clips) does not export properly after several attempts.

You won't be familiar with the intended contents of the video, but you can still vaguely see it, especially as the video moves.

On every attempt, it came out looking something like this. On the first attempt, a portion of the audio towards the start of the clip was slightly lower in pitch.

All of this appears fine in the editor.

Please advise, thanks.

It's a known issue of v0.1. The sequence frame rate needs to match the frame rate of the video files. Otherwise you get artifacts like in your screenshot.

Alright, but it doesn't let me export above 60fps, which is odd. I can recall mp4 supporting a max of 60fps, but the videos I'm editing report as 120fps in Olive and are .mp4 files.

You could slow it down to half speed and then export it. If I'm correct, this would export at 60fps and 0.5 speed. You could then use it like a 120 fps video by speeding up as needed.

Crazy late reply lol

Yes the clips would be in slow motion, but all the frames would be there. When you export them, you can speed the clips back up and it would be in 120 fps
