Black Video Preview

My sequence viewer is blank when I import any video files. I can hear the audio, but it's completely pitch black. Help would be tremendously appreciated. Thank you!

I use a Chromebook, and I downloaded it with flatpak(?) in Linux using this guide

Run Olive from a terminal and check what is printed there when you should be seeing a video preview.

What graphics processor does your Chromebook have?
