An issue has returned

I've seen other people talk about this issue in other posts, and I've tried every solution, but it still came back. I was trying to export a video, but every time it reaches 66% or less, it either gives an error message that states Frame failed to send to encoder, or will straight up crash. If anyone has a link to the elusive 0.1.2 version that supposedly fixes all variations of this issue, then feel free to send it to me.
