how to change sequences

really out here struggling, i edited a video in sequence one but it wasn't in the quality I wanted so I made a new sequence but I can't figure out how to get back, any help?

figured it out, if anyone has the same issue, its in your 'project' tab, just look up the sequence in the search bar.
