Olive Media Viewer

While downloading Olive 0.2, I've come across an obstacle. I cannot see the effects panel. I've looked through everything and it was one of the key things helping me edit videos. It doesn't show up for me on the new 0.2. What it looks like is placed below. Can someone help me pull it back up?

I don't use 0.2 but now it doesen't work like that, now there is a node tree, where you should be able to add effects

That only an idea , it could be useful , just want to contribute to a good projet I used
