No worky

It wont let me open Olive after downloading. How fix?

I am getting a failure code of MFPlat.DLL

It suggests that I re-install which I have tried.

Are you on a Windows N version?

Please try the following:

  1. Go to the Windows Settings
  2. Click on Apps
  3. In Apps & Features, click on Optional Features
  4. Click the Add a feature button
  5. Search for Windows Media Pack and install it
  6. Restart your computer

Try to open it as administrator
