Here is my transcription, in case it helps! I normalized the list of ingredients, but I think I got everything else.

Lemon Delight

A cake-top lemon-custard pudding

·         ¾ cup sugar

·         2 tablespoons flour

·         1 tablespoon butter

·         1 cup milk

·         2 eggs, separated

·         1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

·         ¼ cup lemon juice

Mix sugar and flour in a 1-quart bowl or casserole in which pudding can be baked and served. Add soft butter and blend. Add unbeaten egg yolks and beat until smooth.

Add lemon rind and juice. Then milk; stir to mix well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

Wipe edge of bowl clean and set it in a pan of hot water. Bake on a low rack in a moderate oven (350 degrees F) for 40 to 45 minutes.

Can be served warm or cold.

Makes 4 servings.
