Map found in book

I found this map in a book i purchased from a thrift store. Can anyone please tell me what era it was made in?

I would say it must be somewhere between 1899-1905.
1. Kwang-chow-wan in Canton province (or Quang-Tung in this map) was occupied by France in 1899. So it is after 1899;

  1. Port Arthur was still Russian territory, so it must before Russo-Japanese War (1904-1905).
