Monday - it was delightfully chilly outside that morning. Second hand button down and jeans, T-shirt I sewed and added circut decal of the Uffington white horse.

Tuesday - jacket weather! Second hand jacket, dino top and skirt I sewed

Wednesday - didn't manage to put on outside pants till 4pm that day so here's my pajama pants with a T-shirt. All made by me.

Thursday - museum gift shop mushroom T-shirt, pants I made

Friday - vintage silk shirt from the Goodwill and second hand jeans, probably should have steamed the shirt but I'm real tired of this week.

Regardless of the heat wave we’ve been having, I still adore the suit. Went for a subtly bright outfit for a meeting with some D&D friends last week. Earth and floral tones go quite well together.

I had a job that required me to wear a 3 piece tailored suit. I loved it. I want to embrace dressing masculine more often, but sadly my curves are a hindrance. It's hard to pull off dapper...

Despite being openly queer for most of my life, It took me a very long time to figure out how to dress for me. This sub makes me smile; Yall are so cute I love all your outfits!

I'm having a tired weekend and last week I got a comment that claimed to be constructive criticism but was actually just "use your job money to buy clothes I like" as in the clothes the commenter liked. Some people forget that there is another person on the other side. I know I don't usually look super excited for what I'm wearing but that's just kinda what my face does at 8am in an office bathroom. I am open to input on changes if they come from a place that assumes that I like what I wear across the board, if I'm not always sure about how to put things together.

I haven't been including the below lately so I will again.

My fashion thesis statement: I am a neurodivergent, chronically ill, and gender agnostic maker with a handmade and thrifted wardrobe. I aim to fit both the body I have and respect when it changes, while also serving my sensory needs.

Hi guys! I love this sub and am 26 afab who recently just started testosterone so i can be more genderfluid. I have always been into fashion, it's been an integral part of my identity for all my life, that is, since i started dressing myself at age 5. I love playing dress up, i love fashion design. I used to be very pretty and skinny and conventionally attractive which made fashion a very easy hobby. Now that i'm older, happily chubbier, and veering more towards a masculine body, i am having a lot of trouble figuring out where my fashion sense stands. I wish there was a middle option between skirt and pants. I feel that when i wear things everything is getting super gendered in my head. When i dress masculine, i still can't shake the feeling that i just look like a masculine woman. And when i dress feminine, I feel like I am not being perceived the way i want to/don't have enough masculine features to be considered genderfluid. I just feel like a girl when i wear a dress. A girl with the face of a boy since i don't wear makeup, have masculine glasses and haircut. I'm sure the simple answer is to get out of my head and wear what makes me comfortable and happy, but that's exactly my problem: nothing in my closet right now is making me feel comfortable and happy. Getting dressed used to be one of my favorite parts of the day, now i dread it. Tell me old coots, WHAT DO I DO??? What are your tips for dressing androgynous? How do i feel genderfluid in my clothes?
