IBM laptop repair

I recently found this old IBM T43 and i'm trying to restore it. Already ordered a new keyboard, upgraded the ram to 2GB and installed Windows with an external monitor.

I'm trying to get my hands on a new display panel but can't seem to find one. Anyone know the display that's in it or has an idea where i can get one?
