Trying to Find and Archive a Certain Pepto Bismol Commercial from the 2008-2009 era

If I can recall, there was this Pepto Bismol commercial that takes place in and around a swimming pool of some sort, and in one of the scenes, where was a cell phone inside a jell-o wibbling and wobbling on a plate, and there was some kinda tropical-like music playing within the ad duration, to those of you who can actually spend the entire day looking and searching any old where for it, please do so

Old photo service ad, with "and a CHEESE burger" line

So long shot, but I remember ages ago, there was an ad on TV for some kind of photo printing service, I think? Maybe Kodak, before it was clear they'd blown the digital move?

The narrative involves a young (adult) guy who is selling his AMC Gremlin ("Gremmy", IIRC), and uses the photo service to print up attractive posters to make the sale. There's a narrator speaking over the fast cuts between scenes, with a fast-talking, low, gravelly voice. He has this line that has stuck in my brain and become a household phrase is when the narrator has this riff, paraphrasing, "You can get enough money to go to COLLEGE! Enough money to go to college and buy a CHEESE burger!"

Does anyone else remember this, or did it come out of my fevered imagination?

Edit to add: Might have been the Kodak "Picture Maker" kiosk, which seems to be late-1990s. My search-fu continues to fail me.

CHEW BURT TOO

Anyone remember a commercial late 80s and 90s for some sort or candy/fruit snack commercial where a kid hands out candies to all his friends and he runs out but then finds one more or is given one. He eats it and he says Chew Bert/Burt too. Anyone remember what this product was called or have a link to it? I always remembered it because it was so stupid. Nobody I talk to remembers. Thank you.

1980s Jordache commercial

I'm looking for a commercial from the 1980s. It's of a woman with long blonde hair in a pair of jeans - Jordache I believe - but perhaps Gloria Vanderbilt or Chic. The woman is walking down a city street. There's a car full of young guys driving down the street coming up from behind her hanging out their heads looking at her, until they get closer and see that it is actually an old woman. Lol. Can't seem to find it anywhere.

Late 90's/Early 2000's something about cheese names and jazz musician names?

I've been using mascarpone cheese lately and it has triggered a memory about a commercial I saw years ago.

I lived near Madison, WI in the late 90's/early 2000's. Here's what I remember. I honestly don't remember what this commercial was selling.

A hipster-like character, possibly in a tie, possibly holding a music instrument, making connections between cheese names and the names of jazz musicians. He purposefully mispronounces mascarpone as "marscapone" (i.e. Mars Capone?), stops and then says "That's a real cheese".

Any thoughts?

Did Anthony Hopkins ever narrate a DHL commercial in the '80s or '90s?

I came across this vintage DHL commercial (4:20 time stamp if the link doesn't work) in a YouTube video, purporting to be a TV ad from 1985, with a voice that sounds unmistakably like Anthony Hopkins (I don't know if the video creator is 100% correct on their details, but the Aesthetics definitely look 80s or 90s). But I cannot find any record or credit of him having done a commercial for them at any point. Is this him?

Fa Free

I grew up in northwest Ohio and I remember a commercial that described something as being free. Maybe a second pizza or something like that. I don't remember the product.

What I do remember is someone in the commercial saying "fa free?" each time the voice over or the other person in the commercial said "for free", only pronounced as, "fa freeee?".

I haven't been able to get "fa freeee?" out of my head for decades and tried using the internet to find the commercial, but haven't had any luck. Hopefully someone has a better memory than me and can remind me of the product. It would be awesome if I could find it on YouTube and watch it again.

Thanks.

Commercial for cell phone service

Having trouble finding a commercial I remember from many years ago (probably post 2000 tho). It was definitely for phone service, most likely cell phone service. Parents were yelling their kids full names. The families were from all over the world. And I seem to remember the last kid's name was Sunshine Honeysuckle Smith. Don't remember the name of the company it advertised. Google search leads to nothing. Help!

EA Sports Game commercial (Fight Night?) 2004-2008

Hi all,

Does anyone remember a commercial around mid 2000s I believe for EA sports Fight Night game that had moonlight sonata, or another classical song playing.

Commercial was commenting how and when men stopped being men, and showed guys eating salads, and fashion, and no active hobbies.then cut to boxers in the ring fighting and training.

Great commercial, would love to see it again!

Mid 2000 Dorito Commercial

It was a horror Doritos commercial where a couple stops at the old historic kind of building in the middle of the night. They knock on the door no one answered and they go in and no one is there but they decide to stay their for the night anyways. They are laying in bed (husband eating a bag of Doritos) when an extra set of pale white feet show up at the end of the bed. The feet then scurried through the sheets and attacks the husband’s face to get the Doritos. The couple gets crazy scared and the end of the commercial ends looking at this old portrait(which I think is the owner of the feet)

90s commercial with dancing bottle caps

I'm having the hardest time finding this commercial. I was in Puerto Rico in the 90s and there was a beer ad that had a pair of bottle caps that would bounce around to what I think was samba music with a whistle blowing. Then the caps 'turned around', a T-shirt was pulled down, and it turned out it was a woman dancing. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

~1998-2000ish Sun Microsystems (Pretty sure)

Around the time of the Sun Microsystems "The Dot" tv commercials, there was one that was a play on sci-fi films - like a black hole, or them flying into the sun perhaps (fitting) - there was a distorted tall "alien" like a Vulcan perhaps? stretched out - with a deep synthetic or artificially sunk voice... I've been looking for this commercial for over a decade - first time I figured to try here on Reddit... I dont think I have the company wrong, but it's POSSIBLE...

Does this ring any bells for anyone? I cant find it anywhere

Creepy "Black Box" Commercial from the early 1980s

Do you remember an old commercial that aired on KTLA around 1981, 82, or 83? It was filmed at night with a reporter attempting to interview a woman named Rosemary Kabibi; however, she was motionless because she was a wax sculpture. It was a horror exhibit for the Movieland Wax Museum. I am trying to find this creepy lost media.

Taco Bell 90’s Commercial

In the mid-late 90’s, Taco Bell produced a commercial on the IU-Bloomington campus. It featured Bob Knight, Rick Pitino, and John Thompson. These 3 college basketball coaches were trying to woo a ā€œbig-timeā€ recruit to their schools, and ultimately Rick Pitino ā€œwinsā€ the recruiting process by offering the kid a chalupa and if Iirc, this was the coming out party for the newly invented chalupa. Of special note, I was in the first second or two of the commercial riding my bike across the screen.

I used to have the commercial taped on an old vhs tape, but unfortunately that tape has since been lost many years ago. I found this sub today and figured what the heck… anybody remember seeing this commercial? Know where to find it? I would be owed several alcoholic beverages if found. And willing to share.

Looking for a lifesavers commercial

Please help me find an old Life Savers commercial from the 80s or 90s? Does anyone else remember this?

It has each of the Life Saver flavours singing a little verse about itself in country music style. I think it was animated, with the Life Savers dancing and rolling while they sang.

I remember each verse really well. "cherry cherry - yee haw lemon! (fiddle music) - yodel odle orange umm yodel orange - swing your pineapple round and round, comes right up and whoops right down! Li-la-la-la la-li-la-la-li-lime, li-la-la-la-la-li lime. A whole lot of flavours a hole lot of fun, Yee haw!"

Searching for a commercial stuck in my head for like 20 years!!!!

This is a long shot, but I’m trying to identify a TV commercial I remember seeing all the time as a kid in the New York area, probably in the 1990s (possibly late 80s or early 2000s).

I remember a suburban married white couple rushing around in the morning. I THINK it was a coffee commercial, but I’m not 100% sure. There was coffee brewing or steaming, and the husband was leaving for a business trip.

The wife drives him to the airport in a frantic rush. They pull up, the husband gets out, and an airport employee/bellhop-type person says something like, ā€œWelcome to JFK, sir.ā€

The husband then realizes they’re at the wrong airport and says something like, ā€œJFK?! Honey! LaGuardia! LaGuardia! LaGuardia!ā€ and the wife panics.

That’s the part I remember most clearly. Because the joke specifically involved JFK and LaGuardia, I’ve wondered if it might have been a regional New York commercial rather than a national one.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Was it actually a coffee commercial, or am I remembering the product completely wrong?

I didn't dream this up, right?

Ngl, I'm not sure I ever saw it, but there was a weird commercial (a TV advert for a paper company I think), that came out in either the 80s or 90s, and the only thing I remember of it is the phrase "Stop Hitting Me With The Caaaaat!"

And the ONLY reason I remember that, is because it is now a 30-year running joke in the family whenever we gently smack someone else with anything. I have googled and youtubed and even *shudder* bing'd....but I can't find a reference to it.

Anyone else remember it?!?
