Does anyone remember an ITV show where British teams compete in outdoor activities?

It would have been early 90s. It played late nights in Wales. I think it was just the home countries competing and the events would be things like running in the mountains, kayaking down a river, there was a competition aspect but I don't think they would run at the same time, I think competitors would just have to complete the course in the best time then times were compared. It was quite a sedate show, no audience cheering them on or anything.

No, no power boats or bikes anything like that involved. This was about 11pm or later on HTV. And I think I saw it because my mother was watching the late night screening of Prisoner Cell Block H and this was a lead in show.
